Regardless of the District medical plan option you select (including medical waiver), you are automatically
enrolled for vision care with Vision Service Plan (VSP). Dependents must be enrolled in Kaiser, UHC or SIMNSA
to be enrolled in the vision plan. In addition to the benefits shown in the table below, VSP’s extensive provider
network offers members savings on many eye care services and products, including LASIK surgery,
nonprescription sunglasses, contact lens solutions and other eye care accessories.
