Teacher Induction Program
The Induction Program Program Structure: This is a two-year, job-embedded program.
Target Audience: It is designed to support new teachers during their first and second years of teaching.
Key Features: The program provides extensive support and one-on-one mentoring.
Credential Requirement: It is a mandatory requirement for teachers to clear their teaching credential.
Accreditation: The GUHSD Teacher Induction Program is accredited by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
Availability: This program is available to teachers in the Grossmont Union High School District (GUHSD) and is offered as a service to those teachers at Helix and Steele Canyon high schools.
