Grossmont/Cuyamaca College Promise - Free College! Up to Two Years!
Two Years of FREE college is available for students through the Grossmont Cuyamaca College Promise program!
In order for a student to participate in the Grossmont-Cuyamaca College Promise and receive up to 2 years tuition-free, students meet the following requirements:
- Complete and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or CA Dream Act Application
- Enroll and complete each semester as a full-time student (at least 12 units per semester)
*** Students with a disability may contact Disability Services at Grossmont College or Cuyamaca College regarding qualifying for a reduced course load of 6 units. ***
- Maintain a cumulative 2.0 GPA or higher
To be eligible for the second year of the Promise, students must have at least a cumulative 2.0 GPA at the end of their first year, complete a new Financial Aid Application, and continue full-time status. See www.gcccd.edu/promise for more information.
