The A/P department continually strives to streamline the payment process for all types of liabilities. Our goal is to go completely paperless using electronic images of Invoices, Purchase Orders and supporting documentation. Methods of payment include (1) an ERP system (B+) with built in workflow for appropriate manager approval and funding validation; (2) a virtual credit card payment system, (3) Procurement Card Program, (4) a standard Credit Card payment process, and (5) hand written checks for emergencies.  Your Accounts Payable team is made up of five highly qualified individuals.
