Determine permission to use student photo
Permission to use a student's photo in media releases or in routine coverage of events and achievements on the school web site are now handled as part of the online registration process.
To find a student's permission status, find them in Campus, select Census > People > Additional OLR Info > Permit Media Use of Images. Y indicates clearance. If N, you can still submit a limited release form to parents, detailing the specific use.
