The site must have a parent sign the release form
Physician statements are obtained by Home Choice Staff
Only for students who need to be out for a minimum of 4 weeks
Cannot support the following:
- Honors or AP level
- Chemistry, Physics
- Upper-level math (Pre-cal, Calc)
- Foreign Languages
Special ED. And Gen. Ed teachers
Teachers see students in the homes
Another adult must be present in the home when the teacher is there
