• Monitor accounting controls and financial reporting for
  Proposition U/Measure BB
• Monitor financial/accounting reports received by the CBOC
• Review Contract and Expenditures for CBOC Consultant

Steering & Planning

• Oversee work assigned to the CBOC consultant
• Track implementation of CBOC recommended and Board-approved actions
