Industrial Revolution Due Date Changed
In order to give you an extra weekend to finish the project, I have changed the due date to Tuesday, November 2. I will not be on campus on Monday, November 1, so if you have any questions make sure to ask them before the weekend or you may e-mail me. I will also post virtual office hours through AIM that weekend and the day before the project is due.

Last, we will be spending one more day in the computer lab on next Wednesday, October 27.

Biographies of Bush and Kerry
Here are biographies about the lives of President George W. Bush and Senator John Kerry. They have been published in Wikipedia, an online encyclopedia that is written and updated by a community of volunteers who make sure the information is accurate. I believe that the nature of Wikipedia allows for a truly unbiased look at the two candidates.

Campaign Truths... Or Not
Based upon our discussions in class last week after the debates, I came to the realization that the much we have learned about the candidates and their views have been very skewed. The mainstream media provide the candidates arguments which ultimately may or may not actually reflect the truth. The Union Tribune published this article today that discusses that issue in detail.

Some of the information from the article came from FactCheck.org, a non-partisan (doesn't support any party) group that is closing examining ads and statements from both parties.
