Financial Status
Proposition U and Measure BB are general obligation bonds approved by voters under the provisions of Proposition 39 which requires an oversight committee. The oversight committee activities include review of bond expenditures and cost-saving efforts to verify that bond funds are being expended in accord with the bond language.
