Sharon has been teaching for the Grossmont Adult School Parent Education program since 1996. Sharon received a BA in Social Sciences and a teaching credential from San Diego State University. Sharon was on San Miguel Elementary School PTA board for 6 years and President for 2 and was also a board member for the Lemon Grove Education Foundation. Sharon was also on the board of the Lemon Grove Little League Association and President for 3 years. Sharon started in the Parent Education program as a student with her 3 sons. Sharon is an active volunteer at Steele Canyon High School. She is currently a member of the Technology, Leadership, WASC and a member of the preparation and review committee for the Program of Excellence for Grossmont Adult Parent Education Program.
