Physical Training

 

 

 
In JROTC the cadets participate in a physical training program (PT) during the semester. The PT program consists of a variety of physical activities, to include; running, exercising, and fitness drills. During the second semester emphasis is placed on team sports such as; basketball, volleyball, and softball. While enrolled in JROTC the cadets receive their P.E. credits in order to graduate from high school. Team work and competitiveness is emphasized through success.
