Meet Maryuleth Mejia Rivera

.

During the first couple months of school, Mr. McDowell's world history classes pooled together over a $300.00 to sponsor two children through Children International. Students gave up their lunch money and allowances to help someone less fortunate than themselves.

Through correspondence with
Maryuleth, students will develop an understanding of life outside of Santee, CA, especially in developing nations.
