You should be researching scholarship programs at the Colleges and Universities to which you are applying right now. Many have numerous scholarships that you will apply for and they are available on their websites.

A total of four scholarships will be awarded to high school students who will graduate in 2011; Applicant's transcript must reflect a minimum of 3.5 GPA; Must reside in SD County; Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.

AES ENGINEERS SCHOLARSHIP
Grade 11
Deadline is October 7, 2011
We will be awarding $500 to the winner(s) each year. For juniors that will become seniors in 2011-2012 school year. Students will submit an essay on the topics: “What impact will the Natural Disasters of 2010 have on the global economy? How should these events affect future political, business and personal decisions? Details at http://www.aesengineers.com/scholarships.htm Be sure to include your full name as well as the name of the school you are attending in 2011/12 and your plans for 2012/13.

They will be awarding four students with a $500 college scholarship. To become eligible to receive one of these scholarships please fill out the application form on-line. The information requested on the application form will help the Sacramento Latino Group scholarship committee qualify prospective awardees. Please fill out the form as completely as possible.
