This form is used by the IEP Team to determine if a student with significant disabilities who is designated as an English Learner requires an alternate assessment to the CELDT (California English Language Development Test).
This form is used when a student classified as an English Learner is being referred to the school's Student Study Team.
The IEP Team uses this form when redesignating a student with disabilities from an English Learner (EL) to Redesignated - Fluent English Proficient (R-FEP).
