PLANNING A FIELD TRIP
We have several types of buses available to service your field trip needs. To schedule a field trip bus, simply fax a copy of the Field Trip Request Form to the Department at (619) 465-0064. Please ensure the form is filled out in its entirety. It is very important to remember to include a budget number on the Request form
Trip requests must be received a minimum of 72 hours prior to the date of the trip. Any changes to a scheduled trip must be received by our office no later than 48 hours prior to the departure date. Cancellations will be accepted at any time.
